i have known kathy for a loooooooong time.. what does that say about both of us!? :) haha..

but seriously, she is so amazing.. so inspiring and has really made quite a name for herself in the mary kay world.. when she asked me to come over to the island to photograph a few makeovers of some of her consultants, i was thrilled. :)

so of course, we do the before's cuz its soooooo much fun to see the after's and go "WOW!"

my dear friend hannah.. || vancouver photographer, destination photographer

hannah was the one who told jonathan, "you should just marry her already."
hannah was also the one who stood up for me at our wedding.
hannah also has the most infectious giggles and smiles.. :)

and hannah also offered her place to me the week i was in calgary.

pretty much i pushed her out of her bed that we were sharing - a twin. :)

"it's my day" session with pam

i had such an amazing time photographing the beautiful pam, for her grad session! we headed down to gastown to shoot some fun pics in her GORGEOUS sari!

afterwards we headed to Queen Elizabeth park, where we did some fun shots of her in her beautiful, sexy formal outfit!

it was so hard which to choose for the blog...so here are but a few! thanks for a wonderful time pam!! congratulations on your upcoming graduation!

on friday i had the priviledge of photographing an amazing photographer here in vancouver. it can be a little unnerving at first when you are shooting someone who has the same job as you...but it turned out to not be too bad..chuckle.. plus the fact that it is one of my very dear friends, jeanie. :)

the lovely meg

meg is one of my brides - last may in victoria - and when she asked me to do her headshots, i was delighted!
they are for her job..she's a musical therapist...so amazing..

anyhow, here is sweet megs!! :)

tuesday was a SPECTACULAR day!

miranda and reilly from blue olive studios, erin gilmore, michelle libby, michael wachniak and i planned a day of shooting each others headshots! john edgar from toronto was in town staying with the olives so he came along for some fun too! seriously, it was a stacked team of photogs..and BOY did we have fun! starting with some yummy mexican goodness at La Casita in gastown, we then spent the afternoon taking turns being "the model". we ended the fantastic afternoon down at the frog for some warm (and not so warm!) bevies to thaw us out!
